Daily MiraLAX Dosage

  • October 1: No MiraLAX. One tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 2: No MiraLAX. One tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 3: No MiraLAX. One tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 4: 1/4 cap of MiraLAX (1:00PM) and one tablespoon of flaxseed (9:10AM)

  • October 5: 1/4 cap of MiraLAX and one tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 6: 1/2 cap of MiraLAX and one tablespoon of flaxseed

  • October 7: 1/2 cap of MiraLAX and one tablespoon of flaxseed

Bowel Movements

  • 10/2/23 @ 3:10PM - Extra large soft—suppository administered @ 2:10PM.

  • 10/6/23 @ 3:45PM - Medium formed—suppository administered @ 3:15PM.

Last bowel movement from prior week: 9/28/23 @ 3:30PM - Extra large formed
