  • December 31: 1/2 cap of MiraLax | 8 ounces of prune juice

  • January 1: 1/4 cap of MiraLAX | 6 ounces of prune juice

  • January 2: 1/2 cap MiraLAX | 6 ounces of prune juice | 2 prunes in smoothie

  • January 3: 1/2 cap MiraLAX | 8 ounces of prune juice

  • January 4: 1/2 cap MiraLAX | 8 ounces of prune juice | 2 prunes in smoothie

  • January 5: 3/4 cap MiraLAX | 8 ounces of prune juice | 2 prunes in smoothie

  • January 6: 1/4 cap MiraLAX | 6 ounces of prune juice

Bowel Movements

  • 1/2/24 @ 2:30PM - Large formed

  • 1/5/24 @ 3:20PM - Extra large | 1/3 formed and 2/3 soft. Suppository administered @ 2:20PM.


Last bowel movement from prior week: 12/28/23 @ 3:30PM - 2 BMs | Large formed and large soft 5-10 minutes apart.
