10/7/21 @ 10:32AM - Large soft bowel movement in bed while we were changing Maureen.
10/8/21 @ 11:06AM - Small soft stool in pull up while bring changed in bed
10/8/21 @ 3:00PM - Medium soft bowel movement in pull up while resting on her side in bed to take pressure off of her sacrum
10/9/21 @ 11:50AM - Small soft bowel movement in pull up in bed
10/9/21 @ 2:10PM - Medium soft bowel movement in pull up in bed
10/9/21 @ 5:10 PM - Medium formed bowel movement in pull up in bed
