One of the things we can all be extremely proud of is the condition of Maureen's skin. We have for more than five year now not allowed one full-blown pressure ulcter to develop. This is an amazing feat that is directly related to the skilled and detailed work all of the caregivers provide every day.

One of the tools that plays a material role in this process is the EHOB waffle cushion Maureen sits every day. On a visit to the house this week, I noted that the waffle cushion was almost completely deflated. In this state, the cushion does absolutely no good.

Please ensure that the waffle cushion is always inflated to a 60 percent level. Do not inflate it to the maxium. Review the attached graphic produced by the manufactirer for a more detailed explation.
