4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV

5:20 pm: Dinner: salmon prepared by Tom, carrots, califlower and spinach. She was enjoying very much.

Maureen coughed ones during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with mix berry yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. Small formed BM.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned left side.

2:40 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept god all night.
