June 8, 2022, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watchingTV.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner : chicken/veggie pie. Maureen liked it very much.

She was coughing four times during the dinner ( two times red cough)

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with lemon yogurt.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.5

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 76

7:45 pm: asleep
