3:00 pm : Me and Brian changed Maureen (the diaper was medium wet). We transfered her to the living room. Carollyn and Barbara visited Maureen.

3.45 pm: fruits snack

Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV. I massaged her right arm and hand.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in her bed. The diaper was medium wet. Applied Cavilon lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner preparedby Carolyn :) shells with spinach, tomatos and cheese.

Maureen enjoyed very much.

She did not cough.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with 1/2 vanilla yogurt and some home made raspberrys/blueberries cake.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:40 pm: Me and Barbara transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temperature: 98.2

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 71

8:00 pm: asleep
