5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching show.

5:30 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:00 pm: Headed Maureen outside for dinner: veg/chicken quiche prepared by Carolyn :)

Maureen did cough during the dinner - three times.

Mike visited Maureen :)

Birthday cake for dessert.

7:15 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesauce.

7:35 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:50 pm: Headed Maureen to the bedroom: very wet diaper, cleaned and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Nystatin Ointment under the left breast.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 95.6

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 67

8:15 pm: asleep

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

1:00 am : a littlie wet diaper, cleaned, applied Cavilon Lotion

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
