4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

5:00 pm: Dinner: grilled chicken alfredo bake bowl, 3/4 cup of water

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with blueberry yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed.

NO vaginal discharge.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 96.7

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 71

7:00 asleep.
