4:00 Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching shows.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in her bed. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: pork choops, brocolli with butter, potatos, apple souce - prepared by Tom :)

Maureen enjoyed very much.

No coughing.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with key lime yogurt.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:40 pm: Transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.6

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 77

8:10 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
