  • 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

  • 4:30PM - Maureen got somewhat upset/emotional. This situation was somewhat similar to what we had to deal with a year ago or more. The episode lasted for approximately 30 minutes.

  • 4:40pm Maureen’s diaper is now wet. We took her to bed to change using the Hoyer lift. No redness seen, put on new diaper. No redness seen. 4:51pm Maureen is back in the day chair sitting by the front door enjoying the sun.

  • 5:50pm Maureen has began leaning forward in the day chair.

  • 6:00pm Since Maureen was leaning forward so much, we elected to have dinner in the recliner. Maureen ate 100% of her enchilada casserole and had one cup of water.

  • During dinner, Maureen’s flipper tooth came out and she spit it out on the spoon. Checked her mouth to make sure there wasn’t any remaining pieces left behind.

  • 7:16pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

  • 8:14pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is wet. Cleaned Maureen’s bottom and put on a fresh diaper. No redness observed. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
