5:00 pm: Maureen was sitting comfortably in the recliner and watching TV.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Salmon, potatos, corn. Maureen enjoyed it very much :)

Maureen didn't cough during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry/kiwi yogurt.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: we headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.9

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 78

8:00 pm: asleep

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned right side

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

3:00 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned right side

4:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

Maureen slept good.
