4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting comfortably in the living room and watching TV.

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Salmon, potatos, brocolli, corn. Maureen enjoyed it very much.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding.

7:00 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: we headed to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98

Oxygen: 94

Heart Rate: 70

8:00 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side

Maureen slept good all night. Only once she coughed heavily. I had to turn her completely to the left side and clap her slightly on the back because she couldn't catch her breath.
