June 21, 2023, Daytime Shift

6:30 am: Maureen’s asleep lying on her left side. 7:10 am: Maureen opened her eys for a minute. She felt asleep again.

7:30 am: Maureen’s been in and out of sleep since 7:10 am.

8:30 am: Maureen opened her eyes. She took few zips of water via swab.

8:40 Maureen is awake.

We raised her bed head.

Administered Levothyroxine pill with apple sauce.

8:50 am: Dalia and I started by giving Maureen a full body bath using warmed purple wipes and Aloe Vesta. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed.

Pressure sacrum spot seem better. We applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dressed and transferred Maureen to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:10 am: breakfast: smoothie (oatmeal and fruits included pear) and 8oz prune juice with 1/4 cap of Miralax.

Maurenn coughed three times during the breakfast.

9:25 am: Administered Lisinopril and Loratadine With smoothie.

9:30 am: We reclined the chair down one level.

9:35 am: Morning oral care. 9:40 am: Facial routine. Maureen is snoozing.

10:45 am: Carolyn visited Maureen

11:00 am: Weekly visit with Ann Emberson, Maureen's RN.

We headed Maureen to the bedroom to show Ann her sacrum spot. Ann recommended to use Cavilon cream more offen if is needed.

Lungs were clear. Heart rate was 68,T- 98.2, BP- 108/62

The diaper was light wet. We cleaned and changed.

Maureen will lie on her right side starting at 11:20 pm.

12:20 pm: the diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and washed her hair.

12:45 am: We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for lunch

12:50 pm: lunch: potatos soup, schrimp salad, beats, same of wather

1:15 pm: Oral care.

We reclined the chair down two levels.

We used small blue pillow to relief sacrum from pressure.

Maureen finished drink her first cup of water.

2:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the second break.

The diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her.

Maureen will lie on her left side starting at 2:10 pm.

3:15 pm: The diaper was dry.

We transfered Maureen to the living room. 3:40 pm: Fruits snack ( melons and 1/2 kiwi)

Maureen finished the second cup of water today.

Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025 - Daytime update

9:00am Maureen is awake . As per Tom, she’s been in and out of sleep since about 7 when she first woke and was receptive to sips of water. 9:20am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg
