June 20, 2021 Dayshift Update

  • 8:30am Changed Maureen and have a bed bath.

  • 9:30am Breakfast time. Sausages and scrambled eggs.

  • 10:05am BP 123/78.

  • 10:20am Maureen is now wet (medium). We changed and cleaned her and put on a fresh diaper.

  • 10:30am We took Maureen outside for a walk around the block and sat in the back patio.

  • 11:45am Andy came by to give Maureen Holy Communion.

  • 12:15pm Maureen is now medium wet and had a small bowel movement in the diaper. We took her to bed to changed and clean.

  • 12:30pm Lunch time. Mozzarella, tomatoes, and turkey sandwich.

  • 2:45pm Maureen’s diaper is wet. We took her to the bathroom. She urinated and had a small bowel movement. Cleaned and put on a new pull-up.

  • 3:15pm Maureen enjoyed a nice bowl of fruit.

All transfers to bed completed with use of the Hoyer lift.

Monday June 8th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. We gave Maureen 6oz. of water w/Thick-It. -Morning C

 
 
 
Sunday 6 - 7 - 26 Daytime summary

9:30 AM - Maureen is still sleeping comfortably 10:00 AM - Maureen is stirring about a little bit, so I went in and gave her a little water via swab, not quite ready to move, but getting ready shortly

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or any distress. 9:45AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg o
