4:00 pm: Maureen was watching her favorite show. She was sitting comfortably in the recliner.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen. The diaper was medium wet. We applied Cavilon lotion.

6:10 pm: Dinner: Shepherd Pie.

She was coughing two times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with orange yougurt.

7:05 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:25 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Nystatin Ointment under right and left breast ( some red rash)

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Temperature: 98.2

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 63

7:50 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side

12:15 am: light wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side

2:15 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side

Maureen slept good all night.
