4:15am, medium wet, cleaned, changed

Maureen grey T-shirt was wet because Maureen was sweating. I changed it for green T shirt. Caregivers need to choose cotton T shirt for the night because cotton absorbing sweat and it’s natural material. After I changed t shirt I gave Maureen little bit of water by using mouth swab. When I was giving water Maureen was awake. After a little bit she closed her eyes and fall asleep

5:30am, dry, reposition left

Slept good all night, no poop, no blood, no cough, no sneezing, no twitching
