6:30 am: Maureen is sleeping. She is lying on her left side.

7:15 am : Maureen still is sleeping.

Temp: 96,5

8:15 am: Maureen still is sleeping.

Temp: 96,6

8:35 am: Maureen opened her eyes and felt asleep again. Her puls is 89.

9:30 am: Maureen is still sleeping.

Temp: 96,7

Puls: 97

9:35 am: Maureen woke up. We noticed a littlie twitching. She opened her eyes. We check her pulse: 72. It grows slowly. Five minutes later was 104 for another four minutes, and started go down to 96-98.

9:50 am: puls : 79, oxygen :87

10:10 am: we repositioned Maureen on her right side. She took few zips of water.

10:20 am: We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:35 am: We started the day.

Diaper was dry. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dalia and I washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

11:00 am: Breakfast- Smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice and 1/4 cup of Miralax, some of water. 11:20 am: Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril.

11:25 am: Morning oral care.

Facial routine.

We reclined the chair down one level.

11:50 am: Maureen started to close her eyes. She is snoozing. She felt asleep in Geri Chair.

1:00 pm: Maureen wake up.

1:05 pm: We tried to give Maureen lunch. Unfortunately, she didn't even want to try.

She opened her eyes wide and blinked faster. She was looking at one spot for a long time.

We checked her pulse and it seemed ok: was between 69 and 90.

She was a littlie twitching.

1:30 pm: Maureen started eat lunch:

seafood salad, beets, veggie soup.

2:00 pm: Oral care.

Maureen finished second cup of water.

2:15 pm: We transfered Maureen to the bedroom for the first break.

The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her.

2:30 pm: Maureen’s first break begins. She is lying on her right side.

3:30 pm: The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

3:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the living room.

3:45 pm: fruit snack. Maureen is enjoying very much. She is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.
