June 15, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner receiving a massage from Sister Roberta.

• 5:22pm Maureen’s time with Sister Roberta has ended and her pull-up is now wet. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. No redness observed. Cleaned thoroughly and put on a fresh diaper. We stayed in the day chair after to prepare for dinner.

• 6:38pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate one of her two tacos with rice and beans and consumed one and a half cups of water. Maureen sat upright and did not cough throughout her meal.

• 7:46pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:52pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is wet. Cleaned thoroughly and put on a fresh diaper. No redness observed. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
