4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in recliner and watching TV. She was enjoying a chocolate chip cookie.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Maureen started eating pork with potatoes and asparagus. Unfortunately, she had a chewing problem, did not swallow, accumulating food on the left side in her mouth. We decided to change it to tuna bake. She was enjoying i eating easy.

She was coughing three times during the dinner.

6:45 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding.

7:00 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:20 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.5

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 65

7:50 pm: asleep
