9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

11:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:15 am: Maureen acted like she wanted do BM.

Her diaper was medium wet.

I noticed small blood spot on the diaper.

I cleaned i changed her.

I gave her a few sips of water.

She felt asleep again - Repositioned left side.
