June 13, 2023: Swing Shift

4:00 PM: Maureen is resting comfortably on her recliner, watching TV.

5:00 PM: Dinner was chicken with gravy with a side of spinach. She had 3/4 cup of lemon water. **cough once**

6:00 PM: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5mg of Olanzapine with yogurt.

6:15 PM: Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bedroom with Tom's help. Night care. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on face, arms, legs and feet.
