4:00 PM: Maureen is resting comfortably on her recliner watching tv.

4:15 PM: Carolyn came to bring dinner.

5:00 PM: Dinner is chicken with gravy and a side of spinach. She also finished 1 cup of lemon water.

6:00 PM: Oral care done

6:20 PM: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with yogurt.

6:45 PM: Transferred Maureen back to bed with help from Barb. Did nightcare routine. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on her face, arms, legs and feet.
