5:00 pm - 6.45 pm: Maureen was in great shape. She was laughing, talking a lot, answering questions.

About 6:00 pm came Suzan.

6:45 pm: cleaned, changed. We applied desitin on red places.

7:00 pm: Dinner: chicken, rice, carrot, green peas

7:30 pm :7.5 MG OLANZAPINE with yogurt

7.5 VIMPAT,

Clean up, Teeth,

8:20 pm: Bed :VICK'S on chest & throat & toe

Maureen was coughing a lot (repositioned two times),

Asleep by 9:45pm,

11:00 pm: medium wet, cleaned, changed, repositioned,

2:00 pm: dry, repositioned

3:00 am: dry

4:30 am : a littlie wet, cleaned, changed, repositioned

Sleept good, somtimes was coughing.

Wednesday April 22,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swabs. 9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg
