July 7th, 2022, Thursday, Swingshift Update

3:00 pm: We had a training how to transport Maureen up and down the stairs using the stair lift

4:15 pm: We transferred Maureen to the living room. She was sitting in the recliner and watching TV. She was enjoying a reese's chocolate peanut butter cup and cookie.

5:30 pm: Nebulizer for 10 minutes.

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: Dinner: hamburger, beets, brocoli :)

Maureen was coughing two times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding.

7:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 68

7:50 pm: asleep
