4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: Dinner: chicken francese with spinach, one cup of water.

Maureen coughed ones during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with mixberry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. Medium formed BM.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 98.4

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 72

7:00 asleep.

10:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4.30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
