4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV. Carolyn visited her :)

She brought delicious dinner.

5:00 pm: Dinner: chicken francese with spinach, 3/4 cup of water.

Maureen coughed three times.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

We cleaned and changed.

NO vaginal discharge.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97.3

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 79

7:00 asleep.
