5:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV .

Dry diaper.

5:05 pm: dinner: Salmon with baked potato, Peas and Califlower.

She didn’t cough.

9 oz of water with lemon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

6:50 pm: Maureen is asleep.

9:30 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

10:50 pm: Maureen woke up, coughed twice, started to whine. She seemed restless.

I changed her diaper. It was a medium wet and there was a small blood stain.

I changed her position to her left side.

I tried to arrange her body as comfortably as I could.

11:10 pm: Maureen calmed down and fell asleep.

2:10 am: I gave Maureen some water to drink by

swap. She coughed up a lot of phlegm. I used a section pump.

The diaper was dry.
