4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the living room and watching her show.

5:00 pm: Dinner: cheeseburger, no bun, broccoli, tomato, 1 cup of water,

Maureen coughed five times during the dinner.

6:10 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed.

NO vaginal discharge.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.
