4:00 pm: Maureen was sitting comfortably in the recliner and watching her favorite show.

5:30 pm: Maureen breathed for 10 minutes using a nebulizer.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: light dinner: fruits. Whole cup of water.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

6:55 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding.

7:05 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.0

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 63

7:50 pm: asleep
