4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:20 pm: Dinner: cheeseburger, no bun, broccoli, tomato, 1 and 1/4 cup of water,

cookie for desert.

Maureen coughed six times during the dinner.

6:10 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yougurt.

6:25 pm: Evening oral care.

6:40 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet, small formed BM.

We cleaned and changed.

NO vaginal discharge.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97.2

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 73

7:00 asleep.
