4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV. BP: 132/107

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken, orzo, dry tomatos, spinach and corn

One cup of wather.

Maureen coughed three times during the dinner.

6:00 pm:

*12,5 ml VIMPAT

*5 mg OLANZAPINE

*1/2 LISINOPRIL

with vanila yougurt.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 96,8

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 68

7:05 asleep.
