  • 9:30pm Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her left side.

  • 10:00pm Diaper is dry. Repositioned Maureen to her right side.

    • Vitals - Temp 97.8, Pulse 70, O2 97%.

  • 12:00am Diaper is dry. Repositioned Maureen to her left side.

  • 2:00am Diaper is dry. Repositioned Maureen to her right side.

  • 4:00am Diaper is medium wet - cleaned and changed. Repositioned Maureen to her left side.

10:00pm, dry, reposition right 10:50pm, Maureen coughed and suction machine was used to remove some phlegm 12:00am, dry, reposition left . Didn’t use corner pillows 3:00am, dry, reposition right 5:15a
