9:30pm Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her left side.
10:30pm Diaper is medium wet - performed a clean and change. Repositioned Maureen to her right side.
Vitals - Temp 97.7, Pulse 62, O2 96%, Respirations 14.
Tom stated that Maureen has been coughing more than usual since Saturday. Maureen has been receiving one nebulizer treatment during the day since then. I opted to listen to Maureen's lungs and I heard wheezing during exhalation, indicative of some kind of obstruction in her lungs. Recommended to up nebulizer treatments twice a day with albuterol. Vital signs within normal limits.
12:00am Diaper is dry. Repositioned Maureen to her left side.
2:00am Diaper is dry. Repositioned Maureen to her right side.
4:00am Diaper is dry. Repositioned Maureen to her left side.
