5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing outside and having good time 🎂🎁🎉🎈

Pizza for dinner.

Birthday cake at 6:00

One cup of wather.

Maureen coughed two times.

6:30 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:40 pm: Evening oral care.

7:00 pm: Luda and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 68

7:35 asleep.

10:00 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:15 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed. Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
