4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Chicken hot pie.

One cup of wather.

Maureen coughed seven times during the dinner. 6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with berry yougurt.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.
