July 25 daytime update

• 7:30am Maureen is asleep. She is lying on her left side.

• 8:00am Maureen continues to sleep.

• 8:20am Our morning begins. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. We washed the inner folds of Maureen’s skin. There is still slight redness on her waist - we applied a thin layer of Nystatin to the area.

• 8:38am Sandy is helping Maureen through a series of stretches and exercises in bed.

• 9:03am Flonase, spoonful of Manuka honey, and thyroid pill with applesauce.

• 9:07am Breakfast - banana, oatmeal, 6 oz prune juice. Maureen coughed twice and sneezed twice.

• 9:43am Lisinopril and Claritin with applesauce.

• 9:46am Oral care.

• 9:50am Eyewash and eye drops.

• 9:54am Morning facial routine including arms and hands.

• 10:06am We headed outside for our daily walk.

• 10:45am We returned to the house. We walked a total of 1 mile.

• 10:50am Fruit smoothie. No coughs.

• 11:08am Administered two Senna tablets with applesauce and a cup of water.

• 11:11am Nebulizer treatment.

• 11:25am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen’s diaper is heavy wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:35am.

• 12:35pm Rest break #1 is over. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet and she had a small, formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:48pm Lunch - lentil soup, a medley of grilled vegetables, ham and Swiss sandwich, and a bottle of organic coconut water. Maureen also enjoyed a serving of rice pudding for dessert. She coughed twice and sneezed twice.

• 1:43pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Her diaper is heavy wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:16pm.

• 3:16pm Rest break #2 is over. Maureen’s diaper is heavy wet and she had a small, formed bowel movement. We cleaned, changed, and headed to the front room.

• 3:30pm Fruit snack.
