4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV. She enjoyed chocolate chip cookie (half).

5:30 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: halibut and rainbow carrots with avocado and mango :) Maureen enjoyed very much.

She was coughing three times during the dinner.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry banana yogurt.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

We applied Nystatin to the redness in the area of lower abdomen.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 77

8:00 pm: asleep

9:45 pm: medium wet diaper.

There was another redness around the anal area. Cleaned. Applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

12:15 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side

4:45 am : medium wet diaper

Cleaned, applied Cavilon Lotion

Repositioned left side

Maureen slept good all night.
