5:00 pm: Maureen is watching TV show, resting in the recliner.

Diaper is dry.

5:05 pm: Dinner: Beef Pot Roast, 3/4 cup of water.

Maureen coughed four times.

5:30 pm : Administered 500 mg of Ciprofloxacin with apple souce.

5:50 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was very wet.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.

She coughed few times.
