July 16th/17th, 2022, Saturday, Night Shift

5:00 pm: Maureen sat relaxed in wheelchair outside with Marie and Tom. Me and Tom took Maureen for a walk. On the way we stopped at Susan. Maureen tried a lot to say to Susan, her mother and her husband. She had a very good time there.

6:30 pm: we returned home. Tom was preparing dinner and Maureen was watching TV

6:45 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:55 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

7:15 pm: dinner: chicken and potato salad :)

Maureen was coughing five times during the dinner today.

8:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

8:10 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

8:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Applied AD under right ear.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.7

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 60

8:45 pm: asleep

11:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:44 am : dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

3:00 am: a littlie wet diaper, cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

4:00 am : dry diaper. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
