July 15th/16th, 2022 Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

She was enjoying a reese's chocolate peanut butter cup:)

5:30 pm: Nebulizer (10 minutes).

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:20 pm: dinner: shepherd pie prepared by Carolyn :)

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with orange cream yogurt

7:00 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Nystatin Ointment to the right inner elbows.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97.8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 77

7:55 pm: asleep

All afternoon Maureen had been in a good mood. She laughed three times.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side.

2:45 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side.

4:45 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
