5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:05 pm: Dinner: Salmon with zukinii, tomatos and onion, 1 Cup of water.

Maureen coughed four times.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with blueberry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. Small formed BM.

We cleaned and changed.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 98,1

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 68

7:00 asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side

2:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:45 am: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
