4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorite show.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Chili Mac Casserole, Corn, Peas, Beans, Beef, Cheese and Macaroni, 3/4 cup of water.

Maureen coughed four times.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yougurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was very wet. Small formed BM.

We cleaned and changed.

We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.
