January 9-10,2023 overnight update

9:00pm, medium wet, cleaned, changed, reposition right with two wedge pillows and pillow between legs

At 10:30pm, Tom was going to bed he went to check on Maureen and he saw that Maureen had wide opened eyes. He put pulse oximeter on her finger :

10:30pm- oxygen 94, pulse 127

10:35-oxygen 99, pulse 105

10:40pm- oxygen 94, pulse 97

11:06pm- oxygen 95, pulse 103

He called Maureen hospice nurse. After couple minutes nurse Moreen called back. She suggested a couple drops of LORAZAPAM however we are holding off

temperature at 11:00pm, was 99.8

Maureen was coughing and Tom cleaned the mucus from throat and nose. Maureen has very stuff nose. Now Maureen is sleeping and Tom went to sleep. 12:00am, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition left with two wedge pillows and pillow between legs

Slept good, no poop, no blood, no cough the rest of the night, no sneezing, applied CAVILON, little twitching
