5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

5:45 pm we transfered Maureen to the kitchen for dinner: salmon, asparagus and squash dumplings.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner today.

6:40 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:45 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding

6:50 pm : 20 ml Robitussin,

6:55 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two green wedge pillows.

7:50 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

12:20 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30 am: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

Maureen slept good all night.
