4:00 p.m., sister Roberta visited Maureen

4:45 pm we changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon lotion.

We went back to the living room and watched Maureen's favorite show.

5:30 pm we transfered Maureen to the kitchen for dinner prepared by Carolyn: salmon, asparagus and squash dumplings. Maureen liked it very much.

Maureen coughed only one time during dinner.

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:30 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding

6:35 pm : 20 ml Robitussin,

6:50 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:10 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Position left side with two green wedge pillows.

7:30 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

12:10 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs

4:30am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows.

Maureen slept good all night.
