4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room. I massaged her right arm and hand.

5:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom to changed her, the diaper was very wet. Cleaned, applied Cavilon Lotion

6:00 dinner: - chicken burrito bowl with guacamole from Chipotle with a cup of water.

Maureen coughed three times during dinner.

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:30 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with blueberries yogurt

6:35 pm : 20 ml Robitussin,

6:50 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:10 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

7:40 pm: asleep
