10:00pm, medium wet, cleaned, changed, reposition right with two wedge pillows and pillow between legs

I observed on her right bottom area blotchy and swollen right elbow. Tom took pictures

3:00am, medium wet, cleaned , changed, reposition right with two wedge pillows and pillow between legs

5:45am, medium wet, cleaned, changed, reposition left with two wedge pillows and pillow between legs

Slept good all night, no poop, no blood, coughed at 4:00 am, three times, sneezed one time, no CAVILON needed, little twitching. During the night blotchy look good. At 5:45am, during changing I didn’t see any blotchy. Now skin looks smooth and no redness
