4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching the TV.

Social worker visited Maureen.

5:00 Tom cut Maureens nails.

5:20 pm: Dinner: Tuna baked caserolle.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:35 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very heavy. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes. Applied Cetaphil cream and Vick’s.

Applied Nystatin to the abdominal fold.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 96.8

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 61
