4:00 pm: Maureen was relexing in the living room.

The diaper was dry.

5:00 pm: dinner: Chicken tenders, potatos, tomato.

1/2 cup of ginger tea.

5:35 pm: BP: 110/60 P: 73

5:45 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with applesouce.

6:00 pm: Evening oral care.

6:20 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

The diaper was medium wet.

Cleaned,changed and applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 97,5

Oxygen: 98

Heart Rate: 66

6:55 pm: asleep.

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: light wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
